Mugwort is said to amplify psychic vision and may induce prophetic dreams. strongly protective. The effects of Mugwort are more pronounced during sleep or trance states. As a yoga nidra expert and having taken part in and held space for plant medicine ceremonies for the last 7 years, I can guarantee this is a really beautiful, powerful combination and something which I work with on a daily basis to keep me sane, regulate my nervous system and seek clarity of path and vision from the non ordinary states of consciousness which is where the magic is at. There is no previous experience required and most people attend my ceremonies by themselves so don’t worry about rocking up alone. In fact many people like the anonymity of this.

Please do note that this ceremony is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding folk.
